Who we are

Glovay was founded by Bea Birkhofer, whose career began far from traditional travel planning — in aerospace engineering. Working in a mission-driven environment shaped her approach to precision, problem-solving, and responsibility at the highest level. Outside of work, Bea spent her life traveling — first as a young girl with parents and friends and later throughout adulthood with anyone who could and would — seeking out new countries and deepening relationships through these experiences whenever the opportunity arose. She was always drawn to the places that felt just out of reach, guided by a single question: Where have I always wanted to go, but assumed was too far, too expensive, or too daunting to plan? Then, she went anyway.

That mindset became the foundation of Glovay.

Today, we exist to remove the barriers that keep extraordinary travel on the “someday” list. By combining meticulous planning, global access, and a deeply personal approach, Glovay designs luxury journeys that feel achievable, seamless, and entirely customized.
