Method - Sit with legs spread straight in front. This time the right leg should be broken from the knee and placed on the left knee.

Now the left leg should be broken off from the knee and placed on the right leg in such a way that the ankle of the left leg touches the base of the right leg.

In this way it will be like a lotus position.

Now to take a breath, place the weight of the body on the palms of both hands and lift the body in the lotus position as high as possible with the force of the hand.

Then slowly bring the breath to normal. In this case the head should be kept up.

In this way you have to have 20/30 seconds to take and leave the breath in a normal way.

After exhaling, the body located in the lotus position should be lowered from the top of the hand, spread the legs and rest for 5/10 seconds, then change the legs again and practice a total of four times.
