Fruit eating rules || Should I eat fruits before or after eating?

 



You need to be extra careful about what is the best time to eat fruits, especially if you are planning to lose weight or if you have diabetes. Do not consume fruits as a dessert after a meal, such as lunch or dinner. Include mango in diet as part of breakfast or as a snack option between major meals.
