 Elevated Padmasana

Method - Sit with legs spread straight in front. This time the right leg should be broken from the knee and placed on the left knee. So that the ankle of the right foot touches the base of the left side in the lower abdomen.

Now the left leg should be broken off from the knee and placed on the right leg in such a way that the ankle of the left leg touches the base of the right leg.

In this way it will be like a lotus position.

Now place both hands on the bed on either side of the thigh. Now in order to take a breath, lift the body as much as possible and release the body in Muktapadmasana like the picture with the force of the hand by placing the weight of the body on the palm of both hands.

In this condition, hold the breath in a normal way and hold it for 10/20 seconds.

After exhaling, lower the body in the open lotus position and spread both legs and sit normally.
