It would be better if you can drink lukewarm water before sleeping, because drinking lukewarm water flushes out toxins from the body – drinking lukewarm or light warm water increases the body temperature, which leads to more and more sweating. Sweating improves blood circulation and flushes out toxins from the body. Therefore, before sleeping at night, drink warm or lukewarm water.
