Yoga is very important for human society. Yoga has been practiced by our ancestors. Yoga originated in India in general, as we find evidence in Vedic scriptures such as the Ramayana and the Mahabharata. In the Ramayana and the Mahabharata, the sages say that yoga has come from the beginning, that is, from the beginning of the creation of human society. Then we know briefly that yoga is very ancient. We have found evidence that in the Satya Yuga, the first stage of the creation of human society, the sages used to teach human society how to cure the incurable through yoga.

So we have found evidence that the people of Satya Yuga could keep themselves completely healthy and normal with the blessings of yoga and nature.
By nature's blessing here, I mean that in ancient times, when people were sick, they would get well by eating the leaves of nature, the leaves of different trees, the roots and fruits of different trees.

In some scriptures we have found evidence that the origin of yoga is from Pashupati Shankara i.e. Shiva. He has endowed human society with the process of keeping the body healthy and normal, through the art of various gestures.
However, the benefits of yoga are infinite, both body and mind are healthy through yoga. Yoga in daily practice strengthens the consciousness of our body and strengthens our mind.

 As our spiritual thinking develops through yoga, we can simplify complex problems through subtle thinking.Students' daily practice of yoga fixes their minds, increases their concentration on their studies, and makes them understand any complex subject in a short period of time.
In my opinion, all the students who are studying science can solve extremely complex subjects in a short period of time through yoga.

We read that Swami Vivekananda used to do yoga, so in a short time he would read very thick, thick books and make the books completely understandable.
Yoga exercises not only keep the body healthy, it also enhances our subtle complex thinking, so that we can discover new things.
Through yoga the body and mind remain healthy, our thinking power develops, and there is always joy in our minds.Many times, as a result of yoga, complex and old diseases are cured.
